Our Booking Process | Wildly Rooted Floral Design

OUR BOOKING PROCESS IS SIMPLE.

WHAT TO EXPECT durin g bookin g:

1. Inquire

To inquire about your wedding date, please fill out our inquiry form or send us an email. This form collects all of the important information about your wedding in one spot so we can be sure not to miss a single detail when curating your proposal.

2. Proposal

Once we have collected your wedding details through our inquiry form, we send you a detailed pricing estimate that reflects the notes and inpiration you've given us. After a price point has been agreed upon, we will send you a service agreement and invoice link.

3. Book Your Date

To secure your date in our calendar, we simply require a signed service agreement and a 35% retainer that can be paid directly through the invoice link or Direct Bank Transfer (DBT).

You are officially booked... now what?

You are secured on our calendar for your wedding or event date. It's time to sit back and enjoy the days leading up to your event knowing that we have your back. Typically, we will schedule a digital or in-person design consult with you (and a planner or companion) shortly after booking to establish a general floral design direction. Following this intial design consultation, we prepare design ideas into digital mockups, inspo boards, and make any changes needed to the invoice. A final meeting will be scheduled no less than 6 weeks prior to the event day to fine tune and update design plans.

Although your date is "set in stone", our custom design plans for your wedding florals or corporate event are not. We allow changes and additions to your wish-list until 30 days prior to your event date. So, if you've decided last-minute (prior to our final design meeting) that you'd like to upgrade the abundance of the ceremony arch, add a lush floating floral installation to your reception space designs, or change your floral color palette, we've got you covered!
